Right now, in Richmond, two properties are waiting to become something extraordinary: a home for green mobility and a home for Black healing and wellness. Both are already ours in spirit — shaped by years of community vision, organizing, and hope. What they need now is you.
Rich City Rides is raising $725,000 by December 31, 2026 to secure two future community homes.
These aren’t just buildings. They’re the foundation for reliable green transportation, bike access and repair, health and healing, youth leadership, creativity, connection, and community ownership. When we protect these two properties, we protect Richmond’s ability to build the future it has already imagined for itself.
Imagine a place where every Richmond resident can access an affordable bike or e-bike, get it repaired, learn to ride safely, charge up, and join a community of neighbors moving through the city together. That’s what rises here — bike access reborn at the scale our community has been asking for.

Gifts to this campaign and to each hub’s individual page are pooled together and go first toward securing both properties. Once that shared goal is met, any additional gifts designated for the Mobility Hub or the Wellness Hub go straight into bringing each space to life.
