WHO WE ARE

RICH CITY  is a non profit organization with a mission. Our dedicated staff and volunteers come together to help create a healthier city. Our programs focus on creating opportunities to improve health and economics by promoting cycling as a social, sustainable and green mode of transportation.
Organizational Overview
Mission: Rich City fosters mobility through an E-Bike lending library, bike hubs, and inclusive programs, improving health, economic stability, and access to parks.
Vision: Rich City aims to be a catalyst for sustainable transportation, health, community connections, and park access, making Richmond a global biking destination.
Objectives: Engage the community, advocate for cycling, organize social rides, foster skill development, operate a community-focused bicycle hub, and improve access to parks.
Theory of Change: Accessible transit is a human right. By promoting biking, we reduce carbon emissions, improve health, lower healthcare costs, enhance community well-being, and increase access to parks.
