In our pursuit of this vision, we’re proud to announce plans for a new building that will house our Electric Bicycle Lending Library.This modern facility will stand as a dynamic community hub within Unity Park. Our innovative program will not only provide community members with access to eco-friendly transportation options but will also serve as a hub for our new Volunteer/Training/Maintenance (VTM) program. Through this program, we, as a community, will play a vital role in fostering a culture of environmental stewardship and community engagement by ensuring the upkeep and sustainability of our electric bicycles.
This innovative space will open doors to a wealth of opportunities for community members. From the convenience of borrowing e-bikes to joining exhilarating community rides and participating in enriching classes, our aim is to ensure that e-bike transportation is accessible to everyone. But that’s not all – our Volunteer/Training/Maintenance road-to-ownership program promises an electrifying journey for participants. Through engaging activities and hands-on learning experiences, individuals will not only gain essential skills but also pave their way towards owning their very own e-bikes. It’s a journey that celebrates community pride, sustainability, and connectivity.
