Rico Guerra
SCHOOL PROGRAMS MANAGER
DEPARTMENT: SCHOOL PROGRAMS
Enrico Guerra brings over 15 years of experience in youth development and community building to Rich City Rides. With a background in team management, product design, and manufacturing, he has worked extensively with Bay Area school districts and organizations that prioritize underserved
communities. Enrico holds a degree in Sociology from Contra Costa College and has been deeply involved in empowering youth and fostering inclusive growth.
Role at RICH CITY
As School Programs Manager, Enrico is responsible for creating
and nurturing collaborations with community partners, recruiting students from partner schools, managing program finances, and driving the growth of the School Programs Department.
His role centers on equipping Richmond’s youth with the skills to advocate for their future, aligning with Rich City Rides’ mission of sustainable urban development, transportation equity, and community wellness.
Vision & Commitment
Enrico is deeply passionate about youth engagement and is committed to furthering Rich City Rides’ vision of diversity, inclusion, and grassroots impact within Richmond’s communities.
His work reflects his dedication to sustainable, community-driven change, especially through initiatives that empower the next generation.
